Saumell Copons Jordi (Catalan Countries) sardes_5 Impression - All across the Middle Campidano (II) - Towards Lunamatrona, a quiet town of Marmilla Posted By
terrasarda on September 25, 2009
Like most towns in Sardinia for the first time that I, as I did Lunamatrona half go by chance. Sought routes through the area of Pula, which is relatively far from Marmilla when I got a voice that made Kilo deejay session at a village called Sa Razz Lunamatrona, which had never heard or had read anything. The topic I was interested in what has long wanted to know in Kilo, and Claudia Aru Randagiu sardu, musicians Sardinian separatists living in the area.
Immediately I started looking for accommodation in the area and found a bed & breakfast that seemed interesting, a couple of kilometers from the village, Villa Miranda. With this and the timetable of the bus, already had free rein to the Sardinian campidà. There are too many buses Lunamatrona in newspapers to find a little section of the SS131 (but surely there are more that I live in the area of the Segarra), and pull-through Sardinia man inside all Peoples, extending a long way from just under 50 km.
Lunamatrona level structure is a typical village of the plains, with mainly two-storey houses draw out along the main street, which also makes road. From the original kernel, the town grew on either side of the road with some order and control. More recently it has been adding some more messy suburb where houses have been build of considerable size with a good piece of parcel.la where planting everything. The Sardinian Sardinians and the people appreciated having a garden and an outdoor area where they meet with friends and family to a nice dinner or just to chat, when weather permitting, of course.
In fact, the houses were already well campidà typical for many centuries. His name was furriadroxu campidanaise house with a portal where pasava perfectly outside a car and that could be made with different materials. Through the portal there was a large courtyard with buildings typical of all farmers, stores, animal pens, etc ... And a little beyond the house, sometimes with a large porch where you can enjoy great time when you had the conversation with family and friends. As I said, the Sardinian families have always valued his privacy highly and almost all life within its furriadroxu developed, the inner world of the family.

Posted By terrasarda on September 24 , 2009 Giants tombs are funeral monuments Nuraghe characteristic of civilization, collective graves that could contain a large number of burials. are composed of a llarga cambra funerària que acaba amb un àbside i que es troba coberta amb lloses de pedra disposades horitzontalment.
Aquesta tomba es Lunamatrona located outside the left of the road to Villanovaforru. The broker has a bipartite structure funeral, and a length of 13.25 meters. The Ezra (the arch mentioned above) is 13'90 feet in circumference, and presents the main slab in the middle. The burial chamber is partly excavated in the rock.
Behind the tomb is the oldest part is a square of 1 m kist x 0'70 m. , Bounded on the sides with blocks placed "to knife". The plant is a little kist sobrealçada regarding the corridor of the tomb, the sides also limited by boulders amb una llargada de 10′30 metres.
OTHER EXAMPLES IN MARMILLA
Lunamatrona The tomb is not far from the most prominent of Marmilla. Those Siddi (Domu e S'orku) and Gonnosfanadiga (San Cosimo) are in very good condition.

Història i arqueologia , giant tomb campidanaise Sa Domu - The house campidanaise Posted By terrasarda on September 23, 2009 Thanks to my recent trip to the Middle Campidano I saw several villages that only knew by pictures: Typical houses in the area, or as called in the Sardinian , its furriadroxu. In fact, I could not see any property, but I quite enjoy looking at the different sites (your site), which in fact is perhaps the least important part of the house, the outside. Where it really gets furriadroxu its importance inside the portal, where fully developed in the life of Sardinian families and their private space was very important for the Sardinian way of life. With permission from my friend Andrea Pula, which is what first made me know the house campidanaise and author of the letter in the Sardinian language on offer then you know a little more organization this kind of "house in the village" Sardinian also very similar to the house or farm típica catalana de temps enrera.
