Ingredients:
40 basil leaves (I use the common type with large leaves)
1 liter of alcohol, food at 95 °
2 lemons bio
8 dl water
8 hg sugar
Procedure:
Wash and dry the basil leaves them in a jar with alcohol with the zest of the lemons
(only the part yellow)
to them macerate for eight days in the dark and shake at least 2 times a day
After eight days to prepare the syrup by boiling water and sugar, add it to the liquor when it is cold, then filter and bottle, keep cool e. .. .... wait 30 days before sampling
